Each Stacked box has a magnetic latch to keep the door shut. We don’t know how magnets work but we do know that a closed door keeps your shoes safe from dust.

Well, did you order the version with lights? If you did then yes. If you didn’t you can always shine your torch and your flip open shoe box.

We provide everything you need. Everything uses a standard through a USB type C connector. Any USB power source works fine. You could even run it from a battery power bank.

Just stack them on top of each other. It isn’t rocket surgery. The most you might need to do is connect your stackable shoe boxes up to a power source.

If you can follow instructions, you can assemble your Stacked box. Even if you can’t follow instructions, they are easy to assemble. Each box is flat back to save you on shipping costs.


To place an order, select the quantity and characteristics (size/colour/length/etc.) of your product and click ‘Add to Cart’. Continue doing this until your shopping cart you have everything you want to order.

You can also click ‘Buy Now’ to take you straight to the purchase page.

When your cart has everything, click on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right of the screen. Check all the items in your cart and then click ‘Proceed to checkout’. You can also change the quantity of each item on this page.

Now either sign-in to your account (icon top right of page) or enter in your shipping details and password to create a new account. Please confirm the shipping method (including delivery comments), any discounts or gift cards you are using and all the items in the order are correct.

Now click ‘Place Order’ and enter in your details to PayPal and click accept. We will process your order and keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes. Just make sure the shipping address is for the lucky person. Set the billing address to your address. Unfortunately, gift wrapping is unavailable. However, it is what is inside the box that counts the most.

All postage is free. The price you see is the price you pay.

We ship to all parts of Australia except Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory.

Pick-up from our warehouse might be possible for bulk or heavy orders. Contact us ( to see if this is possible. Luckily, our couriers are usually quite fast and will get your order to you soon.

We ship all items from Melbourne, Australia. Sometimes we may split your order and send it in more than one parcel.

Quickly email to change your address. Our warehouse team are fast. It is too late when the courier collects your order. Always double check your address before paying.

We process most orders within one business day. From there, standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. For country areas it is 6 to 7 business days. For rural areas it is 10 business days. Express post will be 1 to 2 business days in the express network and longer outside the express zone.

You can track your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Look for that email or login to your account to see the tracking details.

Usually, the courier leaves a note for you to collect your parcel from the nearest pick-up point. Only the person whose name is on the parcel can collect it. Sometimes the courier will make further delivery attempts. The courier will return all undelivered parcels to our warehouse.

Rest assured, we will deliver your parcel. You can always use the tracking information to see where your parcel is. Email us ( with your order number if there are issues. We can follow it up with the delivery company.

This should not happen. First check if the courier left your parcel with a neighbour or sent it to the nearest pick-up point. The tracking link should give you more information. Please email us ( if you can’t work out where your parcel is.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return an order and will get refunded, providing it is in a resalable condition. Sadly, you must pay for return shipping expenses.

We are deeply sorry this has happened. Please email us at with your order number and a description of the issue (pictures are very helpful too). We will work with you from there to rectify the problem. We will ship you a replacement item or issue a refund depending on which option you want.

It depends on the supplier It could easily take 2 weeks or more. First, the supplier needs to receive your package (this can take time). Secondly, that order needs to be processed (usually with 2 to 3 days). At this stage you should receive an email saying your order has been processed. From there it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
